Ph.D. in Education from the University of Sussex, UK and was a Commonwealth Scholarship awardee. She has a wide range of professional experience of around 12 years, working in reputed government and non-government institutions in India in the field of teacher education and educational research. She has been an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), Department of Education, University of Delhi and a Research Associate at the Centre for International Education, University of Sussex. She has published articles in international journals and presented several research papers at international conferences. Her current research is focused on quality in higher education.
